We generally aim to despatch items within 2 - 5 days. However due to the nature of our products there may be instances when either your chosen colour is out of stock or it may take longer to make. In any case, the despatch of any item should take no longer than 7 days.

In the event of this not being the case we will inform you by email to keep you informed of the delay and anticipated despatch time.

All items are sent either First Class Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail. Usually the higher priced or more specialised items / special orders will be sent by recorded delivery. If you have any special instructions with the delivery of your order, please state this when you place your order.

Delivery is currently charged at £3.99 upwards depending on value of order. Trade orders are charged by weight.
