Delivery Policy

We generally aim to despatch items within 2 - 5 days. However due to the nature of our products there may be instances when either your chosen colour is out of stock or it may take longer to make. In any case, the despatch of any item should take no longer than 7 days.

In the event of this not being the case we will inform you by email to keep you informed of the delay and anticipated despatch time.

All our products are now delivered via courier unless you order by phone and specify Royal Mail.

You may upgrade your delivery by calling 01522 810150 or 07811 244563 and as long as your goods have been made then it can go by Yodel Express which is a next day delivery (you will need to have your card ready to pay the extra delivery charge), but remember it needs to be collected so in effect its a 2 day delivery. If you want next day delivery and I have made your dog lead in time, you may chose to have it sent RM Special Delivery as this is in fact quicker than DHL! I need to know by 11 am.

If any of your dogs leads are urgent, then please inform me by email.

We've changed the delivery to make collections easier from Meg Heath Dog Leads as we are quite remote. If your order is required by a certain time ie for a present or dog training class, please check with me.

With Christmas approaching, please place any Christmas orders in good time, we recommend by the 7th December 2011 to ensure you are not disappointed.
